Homemade Granola


  • 100 g Porridge oats
  • 60 ml Maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil


  1. Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 2 or 150 degrees. 

  2. In a large bowl, add the porridge oats (gluten free if coeliac) with the olive oil and maple syrup. Stir well until all of the oats are coated. 

  3. Line a baking tray with baking paper and spread the oats out evenly. 

  4. Bake for 35 mins. Once slightly golden, leave to cool. 

  5. Serve with yoghurt, maple syrup, fruits, coconut, nuts or whatever else takes your fancy.

  6. Store in an airtight jar for future breakfasts!
