Turkey Koftas

Ingredients

  • 500 g Turkey mince
  • ½ Courgette (grated)
  • ½ tbsp Spring onion (green tips finely chopped)
  • ¼ tbsp Chilli flakes
  • ¼ tbsp Oregano
  • ¼ tbsp Basil
  • ¼ tbsp Coriander leaf
  • ¼ tbsp Ground cumin
  • ¼ tbsp Paprika
  • ¼ tbsp Fresh mint (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Garlic-infused oil

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees or gas mark 4.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the turkey mince with all of the herbs and spices listed in the ingredients list.
  • Divide the mixture into four and mould the mince into large sausage-style shapes and place on a skewer.
  • Place the four skewers on a baking tray, drizzle with oil and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
  • Make sure that the meat is hot throughout before serving.
