Turkey Koftas

  • 500 g Turkey mince
  • ½ Courgette (grated)
  • ½ tbsp Spring onion (green tips finely chopped)
  • ¼ tbsp Chilli flakes
  • ¼ tbsp Oregano
  • ¼ tbsp Basil
  • ¼ tbsp Coriander leaf
  • ¼ tbsp Ground cumin
  • ¼ tbsp Paprika
  • ¼ tbsp Fresh mint (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Garlic-infused oil


  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees or gas mark 4.

  2. In a large bowl, mix together the turkey mince with all of the herbs and spices listed in the ingredients list.

  3. Divide the mixture into four and mould the mince into large sausage-style shapes and place on a skewer.

  4. Place the four skewers on a baking tray, drizzle with oil and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes.

  5. Make sure that the meat is hot throughout before serving.
